Tony Lynch

Tony is a business growth consultant, speaker, coach and trainer. He helps business leaders develop strategic plans, closing the gap between expectations and results, providing a process for greater effectiveness, team engagement, performance, productivity and profitability. Tony has also been a Judge at the UK Business Awards in London as well as the International Business Awards in Amsterdam. He is a regular speaker at events in person or online, as well as being a TEDx speaker.

Tim Novak

Tim has over 35 years experience, speaking, leading, and coaching individuals and teams in areas of business, community leadership, and sales team development. He started his own business at the age of 22, and quickly became one of the highest performing individuals in the organization, which ultimately led to a 38 year careerwith one of the largest U.S. Franchisors. As head of Sales Operations, he led the training and coaching for over 1700 franchisees. He transitioned into full time speaking, coaching, and development training in 2018. He is a certified Maxwell Leadership Faculty member who is certified in the Maxwell Method of DISC, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i, EQ-i 360, and Working Genius.

Maxwell DISC Assessments

Our Maxwell Method of Impact Reports are based on the DISC methodology of human behavior. Dr. William Moulton Marston, while at Harvard University in the 1920’s,developed the DISC Theory while doing research for his book, The Emotions of Normal People. When his research was complete, the DISCTheory was formed into a validated and reliable assessment for personal and professional development. You can download sample reports below.
